With over twenty years of experience in the area of Immigration and Nationality Law, Attorney Karen M. Ocasio has been providing services to clients in Puerto Rico and the United States.

In Karen M. Ocasio Law Office, we focus our practice in the area of immigration and nationality law. In particular, I handle business immigration matters, representing corporations and individuals with their work visas such as L, H, O, P, E, and TN visas. I also handle employment based permanent residency through that PERM process.

In the area of Family immigration, Attorney Ocasio helps individuals and families with their adjustment of status (Green Card) applications and with K and V visas. And she helps people wishing to become Us Citizens by handling their naturalization cases. Attorney Karen M. Ocasio is a member in good standing of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Puerto Rico Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. She is the current Treasurer of the AILA-PR Chapter.
